Kourtney is the Executive Director responsible for overseeing Bloom at Willow’s daily operations, ensuring high quality care and services are provided to residents and achieving high resident satisfaction. She has spent the last decade as a leader in the healthcare industry. She worked for various local and national providers of Assisted Living, Memory Care and Long-Term Care leading communities throughout Indiana. Kourtney has a strong clinical background and a proven track record of ensuring compliance with state regulations; developing strong and stable management teams; achieving high resident satisfaction rates and low associate turnover rates; and introducing new wellness, dementia and customer service programs. She has held a variety of positions from Residential Care Administrator to Community Outreach Coordinator to Certified Nurses Assistant to Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. With a strong foundation as a Licensed Residential Care Administrator and Physical Therapist Assistant, she brings a unique blend of expertise in healthcare management and the appropriate skill set to not only ensure high-quality care and services are provided to our residents; but enhance the quality of life for our residents by creating safe, happy communities where residents can flourish consistent with Bloom’s aspirational mission.
Sabrina is the Wellness Director responsible for overseeing resident health care services, the medication delivery system, in-service training of the Health Services Department and conducting assessments.
Ernest is the Dietary Service Director responsible for overseeing the Dietary Department and makes delicious and nutritious home-cooked meals from scratch every day for our residents using only the freshest, seasonal ingredients. Our residents enjoy a five-star dining experience lead by Ernest filled with a rich assortment of menu options. In collaboration with our Registered Dietician, Ernest incorporates resident’s personal recipes, special requests, old time favorites and specific dietary needs so our well-balanced gourmet menus are designed with their health, personal tastes and preferences in mind. Understanding how important great food is to our residents, Ernest is consistently introducing exciting new cuisines for the community to enjoy.
Audrianna is the Community Relations Director responsible for sales and marketing and helping numerous families find placement for their loved ones. She is a seasoned healthcare sales professional with vast experience in the fields of senior living, hospice, home care and long term care. Audrianna has worked for numerous local and national providers over her distinguished career, including Eskenazi Health, Ascension at Home, A Place For Mom, Home Healpers, and St. Croix Hospice. She graduated from Indiana State University.
Sarah is the Life Enrichment Coordinator responsible for planning and coordinating community-sponsored activity, exercise and wellness programs for the Assisted Living residents, as well as, ensuring our residents continue to live life to their fullest potential, enjoying their favorite activities while discovering new ones, and blooming into their best selves through growth and discovery. Sarah is a seasoned event planner, and her creativity and enthusiasm is second to none.
Angela is the Memory Care Director responsible for overseeing the care in our safe and secure Memory Care program. She is also responsible for planning and coordinating community-sponsored activity, exercise and wellness programs for Memory Care residents, as well as, ensuring our residents continue to live life to their fullest potential, enjoying their favorite activities while discovering new ones, and blooming into their best selves through growth and discovery. Alzheimer’s and dementia do not stop an artist from wanting to paint, a fisherman from wanting to fish or a dancer from wanting to dance. While some residents may have lost their short term memories, Angela’s mission, through our specialized programming and full calendar of activities and wellness programs, is to stimulate the long term memories that remain intact allowing our residents to continue being who they have always been.
Ty is the Business Office Manager responsible for maintaining day-to-day business office operations and procedures, including payroll, rent deposits and resident billing.
Michael is the Director of Maintenance responsible for maintenance, repairs and improvements to the community and keeping our residents’ homes and surroundings in a clean, comfortable and safe condition. Michael loves working and interacting with our residents and families on a daily basis to ensure our residents are safe and happy.
