Helga is the Executive Director responsible for overseeing daily operations of the community, ensuring quality care and services are provided to residents and achieving high resident satisfaction. Helga is a true Bloom success story! Helga started with Bloom as Bloom at Eagle Creek’s Dietary Services Director before being promoted to Community Relations Director and ultimately Executive Director. Helga is a proven leader with not only the right talents, but a commitment to Bloom, its residents and our mission and culture! Prior to Bloom, Helga worked for Greenfield-Central Community Schools where she received several awards including a 5 Star Rating for operating the school’s dietary system deficient free for five consecutive years. Helga attended International Business College and University of Phoenix. She resides near Greenfield, Indiana with her children.

Evan is the Community Relations Director responsible for sales and marketing and helping numerous families find placement for their loved ones. He is here to help you navigate the process and find the best fit for you and your loved one.

Evan brings a strong background in senior living admissions, Medicaid case management, and family advocacy. Prior to joining Bloom at Kessler, he worked closely with seniors and families to navigate care options, admissions processes, and healthcare systems with clarity and compassion.

With experience conducting personalized tours, building referral relationships, and supporting smooth move-ins, Evan is committed to creating meaningful connections and ensuring each family feels informed, supported, and confident in their decision. He is passionate about Bloom’s mission and takes pride in helping residents flourish and bloom in a warm, welcoming community.

Sidney is the Life Enrichment Coordinator responsible for planning and coordinating community-sponsored activity, exercise and wellness programs for the Assisted Living residents, as well as, ensuring our residents continue to live life to their fullest potential, enjoying their favorite activities while discovering new ones, and blooming into their best selves through growth and discovery. Sidney is a seasoned event planner, and her creativity and enthusiasm is second to none. She has had a wide range of experiences before Bloom including a healthcare volunteer at a nursing home, management positions at health clinics and construction companies, leading Skyline Trampoline Park in Indianapolis and organizing resident outings and events at an assisted living and memory care community in Greenwood, Indiana! Sidney graduated from Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs with a major in healthcare management.

Carli is the Memory Care Coordinator responsible for overseeing the care in our safe and secure Memory Care program. She is also responsible for planning and coordinating community-sponsored activity, exercise and wellness programs for Memory Care residents, as well as, ensuring our residents continue to live life to their fullest potential, enjoying their favorite activities while discovering new ones, and blooming into their best selves through growth and discovery. Alzheimer’s and dementia do not stop an artist from wanting to paint, a fisherman from wanting to fish or a dancer from wanting to dance. While some residents may have lost their short term memories, Carli’s mission, through our specialized programming and full calendar of activities and wellness programs, is to stimulate the long term memories that remain intact allowing our residents to continue being who they have always been.

Laura is the Business Office Manager responsible for maintaining day-to-day business office operations and procedures, including payroll, rent deposits and resident billing.

Glenn is the Director of Maintenance responsible for maintenance, repairs, and improvements to the community while ensuring our residents’ homes and surroundings remain clean, comfortable, and safe. Glenn enjoys working closely with residents and their families every day to help create a secure, welcoming environment where everyone feels at home.

With nearly a decade of maintenance leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, and property management, Glenn brings extensive expertise in building systems, preventive maintenance, renovations, regulatory compliance, and vendor management. He is EPA Universal and HVAC certified, OSHA 10 certified, and trained in fire safety, giving him the technical knowledge to keep our community operating at its best. Glenn is committed to maintaining a beautiful, safe, and well-cared-for environment so residents can enjoy peace of mind every day.

Alisha is the Dietary Service Director responsible for overseeing the Dietary Department and makes delicious and nutritious home-cooked meals from scratch every day for our residents using only the freshest, seasonal ingredients. Our residents enjoy a five-star dining experience lead by Alishar filled with a rich assortment of menu options. In collaboration with our Registered Dietician, Alishar incorporates resident’s personal recipes, special requests, old time favorites and specific dietary needs so our well-balanced gourmet menus are designed with their health, personal tastes and preferences in mind. Understanding how important great food is to our residents, Alishar is consistently introducing exciting new cuisines for the community to enjoy.
