Christa Decker serves as the Executive Director of Bloom at Rocky River, where she oversees the community’s daily operations, ensuring residents receive exceptional care, services, and an enriching living experience while maintaining high resident and family satisfaction.

Christa brings more than 25 years of experience in senior living, healthcare operations, and nursing leadership. A Registered Nurse and Certified Executive of Assisted Living (CEAL), she has held numerous leadership roles across assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, home health, and managed care settings. Her experience includes serving as Executive Director and Wellness Director at Rocky River Village, Regional Director of Nursing for multi-site home health operations, and Director of Nursing in skilled nursing and assisted living communities.

Throughout her career, Christa has been recognized for her ability to build strong teams, maintain regulatory excellence, and create resident-centered care environments that support both clinical quality and meaningful engagement for seniors.

Christa holds an Associate of Applied Science in Nursing from Lorain County Community College and maintains her Registered Nurse and Residential Care/Assisted Living Administrator licenses in the State of Ohio.

Richelle is the Community Relations Director responsible for sales and marketing and helping numerous families find placement for their loved ones. She is here to help you navigate the process and find the best fit for you and your loved one.

Erica is the Wellness Director responsible for overseeing resident health care services, the medication delivery system, in-service training of the Health Services Department and conducting assessments.

Erica brings a strong clinical background rooted in hands-on experience across assisted living, memory care, rehabilitation, and acute care settings. A licensed practical nurse, she has held leadership roles including Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, Unit Manager, and Care Coordinator, giving her a comprehensive understanding of both clinical operations and resident-centered care.

Prior to joining the team, Erica served as Director of Nursing in multiple local Ohio senior living communities, where she was responsible for overall clinical leadership, regulatory compliance, and ensuring high-quality, person-centered care for residents. She has also gained valuable experience in emergency department settings, further strengthening her clinical judgment and ability to respond to complex care needs.

Erica earned her Licensed Practical Nurse diploma from Hondros College and holds multiple clinical certifications, including IV Therapy, ACLS, PALS, and CPR. She is also a compact state licensed nurse, reflecting her commitment to maintaining the highest professional standards in care.

Erica is known for her leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to building strong care teams. Her expertise spans medication administration, care planning, staff training, and quality improvement, all grounded in a passion for helping seniors live with dignity, comfort, and purpose.

Rasmieh is the Life Enrichment Coordinator responsible for planning and coordinating community-sponsored activity, exercise and wellness programs for the residents, as well as, ensuring our residents continue to live life to their fullest potential, enjoying their favorite activities while discovering new ones, and blooming into their best selves through growth and discovery. Rasmieh is a seasoned event planner, and her creativity and enthusiasm is second to none.

Jonathan is the Dietary Service Director responsible for overseeing the Dietary Department and makes delicious and nutritious home-cooked meals from scratch every day for our residents using only the freshest, seasonal ingredients. Our residents enjoy a five-star dining experience lead by Jonathan filled with a rich assortment of menu options. In collaboration with our Registered Dietician, Jonathan incorporates resident’s personal recipes, special requests, old time favorites and specific dietary needs so our well-balanced gourmet menus are designed with their health, personal tastes and preferences in mind. Understanding how important great food is to our residents, Jonathan is consistently introducing exciting new cuisines for the community to enjoy.
