Mira is the Wellness Director at Bloom at Eagle Creek, responsible for overseeing resident health care services, managing the medication delivery system, conducting assessments, and leading the training and supervision of the Health Services team.
With more than 15 years of nursing and leadership experience across Indiana, Mira has served in key roles at respected organizations including Independence Village, Clearvista Lake Health Campus, Grand Brook Memory Care, Community Rehabilitation Hospital South, Roudebush VA Medical Center, and Wellbrooke of Kokomo. Her background spans assisted living, memory care, rehabilitation, and clinical campus environments, giving her a well-rounded understanding of complex resident needs.
A Licensed Practical Nurse and Licensed Residential Care Administrator, Mira is known for her strong clinical oversight, warm leadership style, and commitment to building high-performing care teams. She has consistently strengthened nursing operations, improved resident engagement, and ensured compliance with state and federal standards. Mira brings exceptional dedication to Bloom’s mission of helping residents flourish.
Mira earned her Licensed Practical Nurse degree from Ivy Tech Community College and holds her Residential Care Administrator license. She is current on all certifications, including BLS, First Aid, and TB.
Daryl is the Dietary Service Director responsible for overseeing the Dietary Department and makes delicious and nutritious home-cooked meals from scratch every day for our residents using only the freshest, seasonal ingredients. Our residents enjoy a five-star dining experience lead by Daryl filled with a rich assortment of menu options. In collaboration with our Registered Dietician, Daryl incorporates resident’s personal recipes, special requests, old time favorites and specific dietary needs so our well-balanced gourmet menus are designed with their health, personal tastes and preferences in mind. Understanding how important great food is to our residents, Daryl is consistently introducing exciting new cuisines for the community to enjoy.
Glen is the Director of Housekeeping responsible for keeping our residents’ homes and surroundings in a clean, comfortable and safe condition. Glen is a dedicated and professional, self-motivated achiever who simply gets the job done. He is respectful and pays attention to detail ensuring our residents are happy and proud to call our community home.
Holly is the Community Relations Director responsible for sales and marketing and has helped numerous families find placement for their loved ones. She is here to help you navigate the process and find the best fit for you and your loved one.
Jennifer is the Office Manager responsible for maintaining day-to-day business office operations and procedures, including payroll, rent deposits and resident billing.
Allan is the Life Enrichment Coordinator responsible for planning and coordinating community-sponsored activity, exercise and wellness programs for residents, as well as, ensuring our residents continue to live life to their fullest potential, enjoying their favorite activities while discovering new ones, and blooming into their best selves through growth and discovery.
