Kim is the Executive Director responsible for overseeing daily operations of the community, ensuring quality care and services are provided to residents and achieving high resident satisfaction. She’s been in the healthcare space for nearly a decade and has successfully run several skilled nursing communities, as an Administrator, throughout Indiana. Her communities have had high resident and family satisfaction, low associate turnover and five star ratings. Prior to her experience in healthcare, she worked in customer service roles. With this background, she exceeds in developing community culture and care excellence.

Jennifer is the Wellness Director. Her responsibilities include overseeing our resident’s health care services, medication delivery system, and developing each resident’s care plan.

Tammy is the Dietary Service Director responsible for overseeing the Dietary Department and makes delicious and nutritious home-cooked meals from scratch every day for our residents using only the freshest, seasonal ingredients. Our residents enjoy a five-star dining experience lead by Tammy filled with a rich assortment of menu options. In collaboration with our Registered Dietician, Tammy incorporates resident’s personal recipes, special requests, old time favorites and specific dietary needs so our well-balanced gourmet menus are designed with their health, personal tastes and preferences in mind. Understanding how important great food is to our residents, Tammy is consistently introducing exciting new cuisines for the community to enjoy.

Danielle is the Business Office Manager responsible for maintaining day-to-day business office operations and procedures, including payroll, rent deposits and resident billing.

Anna is the Community Relations Director responsible for sales and marketing and has helped numerous families find placement for their loved ones. She is here to help you navigate the process and find the best fit for you and your loved one. Anna was previously Bloom’s Life Enrichment Coordinator and was certified as an Activity Director in 2011. She completed specialized training for Alzheimer’s and related memory disorders. Anna attended Indiana Institute of Technology and received her degree in business administration.

Sherry is the Life Enrichment Coordinator responsible for planning and coordinating community-sponsored activity, exercise and wellness programs for residents.

Toni is the Director of Housekeeping responsible for keeping our resident’s homes and surroundings in a clean and safe condition. Toni is a self-motivated achiever who simply gets the job done. Toni has held several housekeeping and management positions for over 30 years. She has a son & a daughter and four grandchildren. Toni spends a lot of time with her family after work. She has two dog’s and she lives on the south east side of Indianapolis.

John is the Director of Maintenance responsible for maintenance, repairs and improvements to the community and keeping our residents’ homes and surroundings in a clean, comfortable and safe condition. John loves working and interacting with our residents and families on a daily basis to ensure our residents are safe and happy.
