Laurie is the Executive Director responsible for overseeing daily operations of the community, ensuring quality care and services are provided to residents and achieving high resident satisfaction. Laurie has twenty years of leadership experience in healthcare administration in the Bossier City / Shreveport area, and was previously the Executive Director for a national independent living, assisted living and memory care provider. Laurie shares Bloom Senior Living’s high standards, core values, passion and vision.

Amanda is the Community Relations Director responsible for sales and marketing and has helped numerous families find placement for their loved ones.

Rayshonda is the Wellness Director responsible for overseeing resident health care services, in-service training of the Health Services Department and conducting assessments.  She has clinical leadership experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Before getting her nursing certification, Rayshonda held various customer service roles. She graduated from Louisiana State University at Shreveport.

Annie is the Dietary Service Director responsible for overseeing the Dietary Department and makes delicious and nutritious home-cooked meals from scratch every day for our residents using only the freshest, seasonal ingredients. Our residents enjoy a five-star dining experience lead by Annie filled with a rich assortment of menu options. In collaboration with our Registered Dietician, Annie incorporates resident’s personal recipes, special requests, old time favorites and specific dietary needs so our well-balanced gourmet menus are designed with their health, personal tastes and preferences in mind. Understanding how important great food is to our residents, Annie is consistently introducing exciting new cuisines for the community to enjoy. Annie has more than three decades of experience in the food industry serving as a Cook, Saute Cook, Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef and Executive Sous Chef for hospitality companies and restaurants.

Beth is the Business Office Manager responsible for maintaining day-to-day business office operations and procedures, including payroll, rent deposits and resident billing.

Latrisha is the Life Enrichment Coordinator responsible for planning and coordinating community-sponsored activity, exercise and wellness programs for residents, as well as, ensuring our residents continue to live life to their fullest potential, enjoying their favorite activities while discovering new ones, and blooming into their best selves through growth and discovery.

William serves as the Maintenance Director at Bloom at Bossier, where he oversees building systems, preventive maintenance, repairs, and the overall safety and functionality of the community. Having grown within the organization, William brings hands-on experience and deep familiarity with the community to his leadership role.

Prior to his promotion, William worked as a Maintenance Assistant at Bloom at Bossier, where he became a dependable, go-to team member known for his responsiveness and versatility. His experience spans plumbing, electrical work, appliance repair, HVAC and heating systems, sheetrock, and painting—allowing him to quickly diagnose and resolve issues while minimizing disruption to residents and staff.

Before joining Bloom, William built a strong technical foundation through work in automotive maintenance and machining, including engine disassembly, repair, and rebuilds. This background sharpened his mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, all of which he brings to his role in senior living.

William holds an Associate degree in Oil & Gas Technology from Bossier Parish Community College. He takes pride in maintaining a safe, well-kept, and comfortable environment where residents can truly feel at home, and he is committed to Bloom’s mission of helping seniors flourish and bloom.
